Oneness in Intercession

And the LORD said unto Moses, Wherefore criest thou unto me? speak unto the children of Israel, that they go forward: But lift thou up thy rod, and stretch out thine hand over the sea, and divide it: and the children of Israel shall go on dry ground through the midst of the sea. (Exo 14:15-16)

Jesus prayed in John 17 that His Body, the church to be one and to be in Christ as He was one with the Father. It is liken to a pickle immersed in the pickling solution, the pickle being in the solution and the pickle infused with the pickling solution; both are one in flavor and aroma. A nonabsorbent material can never be pickled no matter how long it stays in the solution; hence it lacks oneness.  Baptism in the Holy Spirit is essentially that the child of God is so deeply immersed in Christ and out of that immersion he or she has the mind, character qualities and outworking of Christ nature.

And the LORD said unto Moses, See, I have made thee a god to Pharaoh: and Aaron thy brother shall be thy prophet. (Exo 7:1)

Intercession is to stand on behalf of another as a priest before God. When we are one with the Lord Jesus in will and mind there are prayers that God want us to exercise in the same authority as He would.  He is looking for those who would be kings and priests, not in heaven but on the earth (Rev 5:10).  Jesus wants His church on earth to be Him to the lost and dying world (1 John 4:17).  Are willing to be cleansed, set apart, and molded according to His standards. Aaron’s priestly garments are made in one size only; it is for us to fit into the role not the role fit into us.
