Eternal Security?

A simple Google search will reveal lots of article either against or for Eternal Security. Surprisingly even some Baptist circles hold fast to this teaching.

But looking at
http://reformationnation.wordpress.com/, particular Paul Washer's sermons and this one is also http://www.reformationnation.com/sitebuildercontent/sitebuilderfiles/thesaddestwordseverspoken.mp3

However the ones who hold on to Eternal Security so cleverly quote Scripture (to support their point) but I don't see how they link because they don't take into account the whole Counsel of God.

For example the famous one....
For he hath made him to be sin for us, who knew no sin; that we might be made the righteousness of God in him.
(2Co 5:21)

.....but we need to look closely at vs. 20 that declares that we ARE ambassadors of Christ (If God is Holy and beckons us to be Holy for HE is Holy), then are we ambassadors that represent the HOLY God correctly?

We need to heed the following:

Bring forth therefore fruits meet for repentance:
(Mat 3:8)

God is not looking to harvest our works but the fruits. For our works are filthy rags (Isa 64:6)......

Many will say to me in that day, Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in thy name? and in thy name have cast out devils? and in thy name done many wonderful works? And then will I profess unto them, I never knew you: depart from me, ye that work iniquity.
(Mat 7:22-23)

Let us be awaken to know that He is looking for evidence of our repentance not how powerful or how great our works are.
